As the year 2018 draws to a close, millions of people around the world get ready to start making their dreams come true in 2019!

In order to make our dreams come true, a light prayer doesn’t suffice. We need to be solemn, joyful, hopeful and with full concentration. Even better, we need focused action!

In our Andean tradition (Peru), we prepare to welcome the new year by first getting energetically clean. Just as we clean our body by having refreshing baths and showers, we clean our energetic bodies by getting a limpia.

Andean Limpia or The Andean Energy Clearing is a trusted energetic intervention that “gets the job done” when every other recourse has been exhausted! There are many versions of the “limpia”, however, the simplest and most effective version a whole egg. The chicken egg is a very large live cell that acts as a noble magnet, “pulling” energetic impurities from an individual, helping the person’s own energetic system restore itself and achieve a kind of energetic homeostasis. Then, as we are clear-headed (as well as clear-spirited), we focus our mind and heart and write three (or more) major goals and dreams we want to make a reality in 2019, along with our name and date of birth and offer it to the Pachamama (Mother Earth) in an altar specially prepared for the occasion. We, a small group of Peruvian Energy Healers, headed by Sebastian, and Psychotherapist Ana Montero create a beautiful and abundant altar with many offerings where you will put your private goals in the leading days to the New Year, along with our very own personal dreams and wishes. The first of the Year, we “dispatch” or send the whole altar off into the Universe to do our bidding with much conviction and joy.

The 30-minute individual event includes:

• 1) an Andean limpia, a reading of the limpia,
• 2) Palo Santo smoke and
• 3) the Pachamama offering done by healers with experience in energy medicine.

We have been doing this event in Toronto, every year since 2009 with the most wonderful and positive results for individuals and families.
